Frequently Asked Questions

How many units do I need to rent?

Typically, we recommend one unit per 50 people for a weekend rental. For a construction site, we recommend one unit per 8-10 individuals, per 40 hours.

How far in advance do I need to call?

Depends on the time of year. If you need a unit for a holiday weekend, we need roughly 3 weeks advance notice. All other times of the year we need roughly 2 weeks notice.

Placement of the unit?

The unit(s) needs to be placed within 10-15 feet from a hard-top surface for our trucks to be able to properly service them

Do you tack on fees, on top of the rental fee?

We do not currently have delivery, fuel, environmental, pick-up or sanitizer charges. The only time we may charge an additional fee on top of the regular rental rate, is if you need delivery in less than 2 weeks notice.

Is toilet paper included in the rental of the unit?

Yes, all rentals include toilet paper.

When will you deliver and pick-up?

If you are needing the unit for a weekend, we will deliver a day or two in advance, depending when we are in the area. We will pick up a day or two after the rental is done, depending when we are in the area. You will only be charged for the day it is needed.

When is payment due?

Payment is due at time of delivery. You can provide card information over the phone, or leave cash or check for the delivery technician.

Am I in your service area?

We service all of Waushara and Winnebago county. We also service several surrounding areas including Waupaca, Portage, Adams, Marquette, Green Lake, Calumet and Outagamie. The delivery location will need to be mapped by office staff to verify we service your area.

What types of units do you offer?

Do you service all year-round? What do I do in winter for my toilet rental?

We do service portable units year-round. The units do need to be accessible for the technicians. Please make sure equipment, vehicles, snow and other objects that may be blocking the units are cleared. We offer a salt-brine in winter so the units do not freeze.
